ORDER PLACE ONLINE

RETURN

Simply email us at: info@dparz.com  and we will send you a label so you can return it by dropping it at any USPS  (applies only to US orders within 15 days only)
excluding sale items. 
 The following requirements must be met on returns:
  • Shoes must be unworn and in original condition. (Please try on your new shoes on carpet to avoid scuff marks).
  • Shoes must be returned in original packaging, 
  • Shoes have been worn, marked or used, a refund will not be processed and the return shipping fee will be payable by the customer.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are no problem at all. Simply email us with your exchange request. We will hold the goods for 7 days. Once we have the returned item, and it meets our return criteria, we will gladly send your selected purchase. Dparz Shoes offers one free postage charge on an exchange item. If you exchange shoes more than once on the same order, you will be charged the flat rate of $12.00 for delivery and handling.

 Discounted Items:

Discounted items cannot be returned even for incorrect sizing, or change of mind, as they are offered at a greatly reduced price and will not be restocked.

Simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return with your receipt and original box. You will have 7 days after purchase if the item is unused , the original tags still attached; and in the original package which must be in the original condition. After 7 days items are consider FINAL SALE Shoes have been worn, bend, marked or used, a refund will no processed. All refund will be issue a store credit Refunds will not be given

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not problem at all. If the returned item meets our return criteria. You can exchange shoes only one time
